MEET THE FOUNDER
Miro Neskovic studied at Loyola Marymount University in California, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration and International Business, along with a Minor in Engineering. After a seven month internship at Smith-Emery, he was recruited by Swinerton Builders as a Project Engineer. With two successful years of experience there, he moved onto Bernards Construction, gaining two promotions and served the last half of his tenure as Project Manager. In 2009, he and his family moved to Hawaii as he joined Maryl Pacific Construction as Senior Project Manager and then promoted to Area Manager for the island of Hawaii.
With eleven years of progressively responsible experience behind him, he knew it was the time to strike out on his own and relocate to Oahu. Miro brings passion to all his projects and is intimately involved in all phases and details. Not resting on his laurels, he works hard to propel the company. Whether it is embracing technology, improving service or expanding his own knowledge and skill sets, he aims high and wide. He knows that he offers a distinct experience for clients, which keeps him motivated and energized.
Understanding the big picture is also Miro’s strength. Beyond just the scope of the construction requirements, he looks at each project as a means to making the client’s company more profitable - building and investing for their future. He realizes it is more than just “brick and mortar”, but rather the manifestation of the owner’s ideas and dreams. He is honored to play a part in that process.
